ABOUT ME

Ambitious, empathetic and curious professional with a vast experience in Continuous Improvement roles across diverse industries, including oil & gas, nuclear, IT, and financial sectors. Main professional experience consisted in implementing and managing Business Management Systems (Quality, HSE), leading continuous improvements, leading internal, certification and supplier audits and embedding Agile Ways of Working.
With a Bachelor's degree in Philology, a Diploma in Quality Management, certifications in Agile Coaching, and Scrum - through training and experience, I have developed a passion for Operational Excellence, Customer Focus and Learning through Practice.
I believe that Teamwork makes the Dream work, and value curiosity, grit and a factual approach to decision making.
In late 2021, I discovered programming by chance which followed by attending various software engineering related bootcamps and university programs, enjoying the learning, building projects. However, unfortunately, dropping out of many of the programmes.
Software Engineering continues to be my interest, and a long-term commitment, which I continue learning on a self-teaching basis through building personal projects.
When I am not working, I am either enjoying various fun activities with my awesome kids, or learning something new, reading or spending time in nature - exploring the walked-well paths, and creating new ones.
